Building Overview

1.   The house covers an area of 710sqft (66sqm), the eave height is 8ft 10in (2.7m) and the indoor ceiling height is 8ft 10in (2.7m).
2.   House layout is 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom.
3.   The house structure adopts integrated modular wall + steel frame + light steel roof, clients only need to install the decorative finishes of internal and external walls on site.

Material Information:

1. Frame: Wall is integral modular wall + steel frame; Roof is light steel structure.
2. Roof tiles: 0.5mm color steel sheet, surface coating is AZM100g/m²+ powder spray paint is 20/5um.
3. Roof insulation is 100mm glass wool + 9mm bamboo wood fiberboard (ceiling).
4. Wall: External wall (9mm fiber cement hang board) + (shear wall panel：9mm OSB board, 82mm fireproof wall) + Internal wall (9mm bamboo wood fiberboard), the bathroom is waterproof paint + waterproof bamboo wood fiberboard (Marbling finish) assembly at site.
5. Wall: Internal wall (9mm bamboo wood fiberboard) + (82mm fireproof board) + (9mm bamboo wood fiberboard), the bathroom is waterproof paint + waterproof bamboo wood fiberboard (Marbling finish).
